And any from the rear? I've never actually ever seen a E36 touring before...never even thought of one.

I've only ever been in a single E36 (friend's dad's E36 sedan in dark green), and the fit and finish of the interior (after 10 years, single-owner) is somewhat far beyond my Volvo 850 and dare I say, a new E90 from that time?

I wish they still offered full leather in the 3er. The best BMW does now is Extended leather (center console) on the M3. Full leather costs somewhere around 5,000 USD with Individual order for the 3er, delays production, but wraps the center console, dash, and everything in Merino leather. BUT IT STILL ISN'T ALL THAT AVAILABLE.

102,000. I've no idea about cooling system but owner had everything done by a local specialist. The book is fully stamped and all receipts kept

look at receipts....

if the radiator, thermostat, hoses, expansion tank haven't been done yet, set money aside to do them

Sweet. The E36 chassis is great fun in the twisties. Steering is excellent too, nicely direct feel.

Just don't be too ham-fisted when trying to kick the tail out :S
